ACCOMODATION

  • The building consists of 2 separate apartment houses (semi-detached house) with a size of 130m² of living space / 1 half, each with its own entrance, its own parking lot, and its own terrace
  • Each apartment is rented as a whole
  • The standard period of accommodation in the summer and winter seasons is a week, if it is free or by appointment you can use the accommodation for a smaller number of nights, but at least for 2 nights
  • Apartment is for maximum of 10 people and can accommodate 2 families, one bigger family or group of friends

GROUND FLOOR

Ground floor

  • spacious hallway with benches, shoe cabinets, cabinets, mirror and a lot of hangers
  • modern and fully equipped kitchen with dining table which connects to the living room and allows the chef to have pleasant contact with friends at the table or view outside
  • living room with fireplace stove, TV and folding sofa (2 sleeping areas) connects to the kitchen, the front wall is made of glass so you have great view of Černý Důl and the ski slopes. Part of the window also serves as a door to the terrace and garden
  • toilet with washbasin
  • bathroom with infrared sauna and spacious shower, 2 sinks and hairdryer

GARDEN AND PARKING

Garden and parking

  • outdoor terrace with seating during the summer months with garden furniture
  • under the terrace there is an unfenced garden
  • parking is possible in the immediate vicinity at the entrance to the apartment (2 parking spaces) or in a small parking lot, which is free of charge and located in front of the garden (but can not reservated the place)
  • there are 2 driveways to the house – one from the Aurum Hotel and one from the main road leading to Janske Lazne. Both roads are maintained in the winter months

HEATING

Heating

  • there is a fireplace stove in the living room, but it not used as a main source of the heating
  • underfloor heating is installed in all rooms, it is very practical and pleasant when returning from outside unpleasant weather conditions
  • bathrooms are equipped with electric ladders for towels
  • the temperature in all rooms can be adjusted separately, we solve setting individually according to the wishes of customers

DINING

Dining

• individual - meals can be prepared in a fully equipped kitchen (there is a shop in the center or there is Lidl, Penny and Kaufland, Billa in Vrchlabí and Trutnov, JIP in Svoboda nad Upou )you can dine in the nearby restaurants:

By prior arrangement, it is possible to arrange meals in the Hotel Aurum in the form of half board, or just breakfast.
